147: SNOWY RIANNA AWA

requested this for AWA back in September. Man, and I'm just getting to posting it now.
Anyway, it was fun to draw, and probably the most creative of the commission set I got that weekend. (EDIT: Forgot to mention, it came at cost of one Cerulean Blue Prismacolor marker... Fare thee well, Cerulean Blue.) I was following the tip from who did a snow themed pic prior to mine. Always upping the ante, that Dizzy is. Grrrr.
