A01: REVIEW

Sat Oct 31, 2009, 3:35 PM
Heads up!

[1]: Direct any and all questions to cosmo_babylon@yahoo.com. I do receive DA notes, but read email HOURLY.

[2]: "THE DEMON MAGES", my comic miniseries is currently being rearranged to release in a collected volume of issues 1-through-4. Numerous mistakes through it's initial creation demanded that I go back and reapproach how the whole process is being done. In the end, the DM's will benefit hugely for it -- you'll get over 100 pages of comic per volume instead of 20-30 per issue.
Angry Viking Press itself will be a bigger, better machine in 2010, so for those who have been patient, thank you! Those who've been curious, keep your eyes peeled.
Also, over this year so far, I've contributed artwork to Wayforward Technologies, including Mighty Flip Champs for the Nintendo DSi and helped with the press release artwork for Shantae DSi in the latest Nintendo Power magazine! Check em' out!

[3]: Since July's San Diego Comic Con, I've dealt with two months of non-working desktop, a month of non-working car, huge debt repayment, illness, and a host of really good and really bad events in-between. Quite a bit of whiplash after a huge spring season. You'll start seeing some changes around here as I "revive" this account for 2010.

[4]: I have a few commission customers looking for works; I've sent both emails and DA notes in regards to this before, and will gladly link again if needed. Effective immediately though, those 2009 sets will be THE LAST commissions I deliver. After over a decade in the anime convention circuit, retirement from commissions and putting 100% behind my comics is long overdue. Again, for those outstanding customers, email cosmo_babylon@yahoo.com, please.

[5]: I hope to begin 2010 on an even better note than 2009. There's still a couple months left to go, and I'm really excited for what's in store -- in the meantime, take care everyone!

171: SYSTEM ERROR

Sat Aug 8, 2009, 6:17 PM
Desktop is hosed, registry errors abound and IE and Firefox keep crashing. Car's been in the shop for the past three days. Lucky thing I have this high-powered laptop!

Oh yeah, San Diego Comic Con was a BLAST! See y'all at Anime Weekend Atlanta.

170: WHAT HAPPEN?

Tue Jun 16, 2009, 9:07 AM
Someone set up us the bomb.

(Sorry, couldn't resist. That video STILL makes me laugh.)
Crybringer here.

------
Haven/Enemi Entertainment's May & July catalogs will host Angry Viking Press with new issues of our comics, "The Demon Mages" included.
DM's Issue 2 should hit around Otakon and San Diego Comic Con time, so look forward to that. Likewise, yours truly will be at both shows back-to-back!

------
BIG NEWS, and it's a bit early to say (but the boss :iconmattbozon: gave the ok!)
I contributed in-game artwork to the new DSi game, Mighty Flip Champs!
Check the game out, as it's an old-schooly kick in the pants! Cute puzzle platforming & a slick page-turning, 4D'ish concept. Tough as bejeezus, but I like it!

I'm way late to the party on this, but I also got accepted into the Udon Darkstalkers Tribute artbook! I was hugely honored to be accepted -- the submissions are all UNSANE.

------
And that about does it, really. It's been a tough first half of the year, but already full of some crazy progress. Got a lot more to get done, and even more challenging projects ahead, so wish me luck.

Take care, all!

Angry Viking Press and Enemi Entertainment have joined forces to bring you "The Demon Mages", as well as the full lineup of our new comics!

In May, AVPress introduces The Demon Mages #1, Andorozon #1, and Coco Gun-Bun #1! In July, we follow-up with the second issues of each, and a NEW Crushed #1, Speed Demonz Mini series, the Babes of the Beach picture anthology, and the return of "The Extintioners!"

Go to your local comic book stores and ask them to order the May 2009 edition of the Haven/Enemi Catalog, simply named “Comics”. The catalog is free to comic stores and they can go to [link] or email at contact@enemi-entertainment.com to order. Yes, folks -- this is international too!
You can also pre-order the May catalog if you have a paypal account if there are no comic shops in your area.

Again, visit Enemi Entertainment.com, order the May 2009 Comics catalog at your local shops or email contact@enemi-entertainment.com and get ready for The Demon Mages to invade for 2009!
