I think Fillia's ending is sad. Sure, she got Painwheel her (relatively) normal life back, but she's slowly turning into the Skullgirl. In the end, either Carol's gonna have to watch her BFF turn into a monster, or put her out of her misery, which would require plugging herself back into her weapons and kissing her normal life goodbye.
